* Exclusions from warranty
Excluded from the warranty are:
- defects that are caused due to improper use or incorrect operation of the product
- components that have become damaged as a result of operational or otherwise natural wear and tear
- defects that have been caused due to an exceptional physical and/or electrical stress
- damage caused by repair work that was not carried out by either KT&C itself or an authorised partner
- products with serial numbers that are missing or no longer detectable
- defects that are connected with supplied software from other sources
- defects that are the result of an extreme event, in particular an accident, lightning strike or power surges
